Delivery of Goods
Physical goods may be dispatched via Australia Post or other reputable courier services. Once full payment is received, orders are processed without delay. Delivery times may range from 2 to 14 days, depending on the chosen delivery option. Issues with damaged or lost orders should be resolved directly with Australia Post or the courier company, as we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is at the sole discretion of esims.au.

Returns and Refunds
esims.au manages returns and processes refunds in compliance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
